3. Third-party analytics and audience measurement cookies
These cookies are placed by third-party providers (Google Ireland Limited) to measure the audience of the site, understand how visitors use it and improve its content. They are only placed with your prior consent, collected via the consent banner displayed on your first visit.

Data collected via Google Analytics is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and Google's privacy policy. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Data may be transferred to the United States; such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses. Google may disclose this information to third parties where required by law or where those third parties process it on its behalf.
In accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL (deliberation No. 2020-091 of 17 September 2020), refusing cookies is as simple as accepting them: the consent banner displayed on your first visit allows you to refuse in one click, without any counterpart or degradation of your experience.
4. Third-party content activated by your action
Some content provided by Google loads only when you click on it (map, audio player). As long as you do not click, no connection is made with Google. Your click counts as consent for that content only; we do not remember it, so it applies again on each page.

The cookies and identifiers set or read by Google are defined by Google and may change: see Google's page on cookies. Outgoing links (YouTube, WhatsApp, notarial directories) activate nothing until you open them.
5. How to manage your preferences?
Via your browser settings
You can configure your browser to accept, refuse or delete cookies. The procedures vary according to the browser used:
- Google Chrome : Menu > Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data
- Mozilla Firefox : Menu > Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
- Safari : Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data

Please note: disabling certain technical cookies may affect the proper functioning of the site.
Google content activated by a click is not remembered by our site: simply do not click, or leave the page. To delete cookies Google may have set, use the browser settings described above.

You can also disable Google Analytics for all sites by installing the official opt-out extension provided by Google: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
